3D Animation
Created using Maxon Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Mt. Mograph Boombox
For an assignment we were tasked with creating an animated video. In a team of two, I created the 3D animation you see here while my other team member created and edited the live action section. We wanted to take the animation section one step further, and within the time constraints the 3D section you see here was created. This animation was created not only to tell a short story but also to showcase various animation techniques within Cinema 4D, including simulation, animation using keyframes, various dynamics, materials, and lighting (side note, I am aware of the issue with the smoke around the middle of the video. While I was unaware initially of how to fix this, it was actually a problem with the export framerate and the framerate of the simulation, causing slight issues with timing). This is probably the most fun I've had with an assignment as we were able to take it further and gain experience with various animation techniques.
